John Chance Land Surveys, Inc. (JCLS) is pleased to announce the addition of members to its Regulatory and Ecological Services Group and Land Survey Division.

Russell Walters has been appointed to manage the group. Walters brings with him over ten years of experience in wetlands permitting, research, and project management. Additionally, he is certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist and holds a BS in Biology. Other additions include Brad Segura, Ecological Project Manager; Jason Sullivan, Ecological Project Manager; Holly Boudreaux, Regulatory Associate; and Wendy Fiaschetti, Regulatory Assistant. The Group provides government permitting, ecological assessments, wetland delineations, oyster assessments, NEPA documents, endangered species assessments, mitigation plans, and much more.

The Land Survey Division of JCLS also welcomes Rob Price to the position of Registered Land Surveyor/Project Manager. Rob brings with him over ten years of experience and expertise in the surveying business.
